Havana Historia y Ritmo (History and Rhythm)

This excursion leaves Varadero early afternoon (around 12h30) instead of early morning (like most other Havana tours), and includes:

A sightseeing tour of Old Havana (Havana Vieja) with its cobbled streets and old plazas, such as Plaza de la Cathedral, Plaza Vieja, Plaza de Armas, Plaza San Francisco de Asis, Ambos Mundos Hotel, and a visit to the famous restaurant La Bodeguita del Medio. A panoramic tour by bus of the metropolitan and modern Havana to see interesting sites, such as the Presidential Palace, the Parque Central, The Plaza de la Revolucion (photo stop), the University of Havana, the Capitol, and the Floridita Bar.

At the end of the day you will have dinner at Rodney Restaurant and enjoy a spectacular show at the famous cabaret Tropicana (running since the 1930’s). Then back to Varadero at around 2:30 am.

Inclusions: Tour guide, transportation in air-conditioned bus, dinner and 1 drink (non alcoholic), Tropicana floor show (adults only), 1 bottle of rum and a 4 cans of coca cola for each table of 4 at the Cabaret Tropicana to make you own Cuba Libre cocktail (other drinks at extra charge).

• For the city tour: Comfortable shoes and wear.
• For the Cabaret Tropicana: Dress code is Casual Elegance. Men are required to wear long pants, closed shoes and collared shirt
