Voucher

When booking an excursion you always receive a Tour Voucher. It has to be presented when boarding the bus on the day of your tour. It’s very important not to lose it, and not to forget it in your room before leaving. You won’t be able to participate if you don’t have your voucher.

Language

The tours may be guided in several languages (Spanish, English, French, Italian, German), make sure to specify your language preference when booking.

Minimum participants

Some excursions and tours require a minimum of participants. If the minimum is not reached for an excursion that you have already booked, it may then be rescheduled or reimbursed.

Weather conditions

An excursion may sometimes be cancelled or altered without prior notice due to weather conditions (or other safety-related conditions). Check with the tour representative the day before.

Accessibility

Some excursions or activities may not be suitable for everyone, so you must specify any special physical conditions, handicap or culinary restrictions you may have when booking.

Cancellation

Most tour operators have a cancellation policy, check with the representative. The penalty is usually less if your cancel in advance (for example more than 24 hours before excursion time) and can be quite high for last-minute cancellation. In case of a "no-show" no refund will be allowed.
